Below are some short sample mpg1 files from the DVD just to give you a taste of the training. To download them to your computer right-click on the link and select Save Target As... from the pop-up menu. Navigate to where you would like to save the file and click the Save button. You can then open and play the clip by double clicking the file you just saved. I've provided these clips in a lower quality than the DVD so you can access them via the Internet without having to download 200MB or larger files. The DVD quality is much better than these samples.
